You can receive 5 hours of Professional Development for completion of this Exploration. Follow the steps below to submit your materials for verification of hours.

Submitting your Portfolio Packet, Project, and Payment

Remember to sign the bottom of the Portfolio Packet document and make a copy for your records. Print out and include the Portfolio Checklist (WORD / PDF) to make sure that you have all of the required materials.

Mail the Portfolio Packet, the Project, and a personal check for $60 (made out to "Sacramento County Office of Education") to:

Verification of Hours

When we receive your Portfolio Packet, Project, and payment, we will begin the verification process. You will receive an email verification of 5 hours of Professional Development within approximately 3 weeks of receipt of all portfolio materials. Depending upon your district policies, you can submit this letter for professional growth hours.

Unfortunately, this Exploration is not eligible for Continuing Education Units (CEU's) due to short duration to complete.
