The purchaser of this content may print and distribute copies of the purchased materials for use only by their own students within the physical walls of their classroom.

Access to the purchased materials is restricted to the sole purchaser and cannot be shared or distributed to those who have not purchased the materials themselves.

Posting any of the purchased files in a public forum, such as a web page, teacher resource service, or other public forum that potentially defrauds Curriculum Companion from collecting fees for use beyond the sole purchaser is a violation of the purchasing agreement and is strictly prohibited.

Copyright notices, and the Curriculum Companion identifying information, marks, logos, branding, and contact information are to be retained unaltered when customizing and printing any purchased materials in any form.

Ownership of all intellectual property incorporated in or associated with Curriculum Companion materials, including but not limited to files, images, graphics, icons, and content, is retained by the Sacramento County Office of Education. All rights not specifically granted by the license agreement are reserved.

Files you will receive as part of your purchase

In order to use the PDF files in this folder, you will need to have Adobe Reader.

If you would like to customize the .doc files, you will need word processing software.

If you would like to customize the Inspiration™ files, you will need Inspiration™ versions 7 or 8. If you don't have Inspiration™ 8, you can purchase it by visiting our special pricing for Inspiration™ 8.

These files do not contain the actual PowerPoint files used to create the presentations. Due to copyright issues regarding the images that we use, at this time, we do not provide the actual PowerPoint file and therefore, these presentations cannot be customized.
