Submitting your Portfolio Packet, Project and Payment

Remember to sign the bottom of the Portfolio Packet document and make a copy for your records.

Mail the Portfolio Packet, the Project, and a payment for $25 (made out to "Sacramento County Office of Education") to:

Verification of Hours

When we receive your Portfolio Packet, Project, and payment, we will begin the verification process. You will receive an email verification of 5 hours of Professional Development within approximately 3 weeks of receipt of all portfolio materials. Depending upon your district policies, you can submit this letter for professional growth hours.
